Karen Killoran, a partner in the Construction and Engineering Group of the Dublin office of Arthur Cox moderated the discussion. The panel members were experienced architect and conciliator Donogh O'Riorab, Jamie Ritchie, a construction partner in the Dublin office of L K Shields who frequently acts as a party representative in conciliations. Messrs O'Riordan and Ritchie were joined by Senior Counsel Dermot Flanagan from the Law Library, Dublin and 33 Bedford Row in London who frequently acts as counsel in infrastructure related conciliations.
