A multi-jurisdictional panel, chaired by McCann Fitzgerald’s Audrey Byrne, looked at the issue of asset tracing & recovery in construction disputes. Simmons & Simmons partner Alexander Thavenot based in their London office spoke with Paul Jacobs from the Dublin office of Grant Thornton and Paula Gibbs a solicitor recently based in the BVI for a number of years.
