Sadabh Ni Fhloinn BL, (Bar of Ireland), moderated the second webinar of the 2020 Ireland conference. The panel of Karen Killoran (partner, Arthur Cox), Alan Brady BL (Bar of Ireland), Conor Ahern (Silver Shemmings Ash) and Leon Major (KD Discovery) looked at ‘ Pre-trial process and construction disputes). The majority of the panel looked at this issue from a Dublin perspective but Mr. Ahern and Mr.Major are based in London which accordingly influenced their comments.
