This talk discusses the potential role of freezing injunctions in adjudication enforcement proceedings, further to the recent judgment of Mrs Justice O’Farrell in the case of Nicholas James Care Homes Ltd v Liberty Homes (Kent) Ltd, considering the circumstances in which a freezing injunction may be an appropriate interim remedy in adjudication enforcement proceedings, where assets appear to have been removed from a company following the emergence of a dispute and a referral to adjudication.
