The webinar was co-chaired by David Coyne (SCL Astra and Expert Witness) and Saturnin Champetier de Ribes (YPCP and Counsel). Ximena Vásquez-Maignan (Counsel, White & Case LLP Paris) provided an overview of the nuclear power sector today and the international legal framework that applies to it, demonstrating that nuclear power is one of the most regulated industrial activities at national and international levels. David Coyne also provided a brief introduction to Nuclear construction projects.
