This webinar considers the legal and practical issues which arise on the Claimant and Defendant’s side in bringing and defending claims for defective cladding. In particular it looks at the Civil Liability Contribution Act 1978 as a means of recovering losses from parties liable for the same damage and with the potential advantage of different time limits to the usual claims for breach of contract/duty.
