There has been a number of recent decisions in the last year or so under the 2013 Construction Contracts Act (the legislation governing statutory construction adjudication in the Republic of Ireland). Martin Cooney the head of Byrne Wallace's infrastructure, construction and energy division who has acted in several of these decisions reviewed the recent case law with the webinar moderated by Lydia Bunni Barrister, Law Library Dublin.
