UCL Report on ESG in Construction Law

The Society of Construction Law is delighted to share the publication of a Report by the UCL Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction on "ESG in Construction Law".

In September 2024, the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction initiated a survey which was circulated to SCL members on ESG practices and implementation in the UK construction and legal industries. The report shares the results of this survey and provides additional analysis of the results.
