Survey on the Delay and Disruption Protocol

The Society of Construction Law Council invites you to share your views on the current edition of the Delay and Disruption Protocol (February 2017).  Your feedback will help inform a roundtable discussion entitled "The SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol: Still Fit for Purpose?" which will take place during the SCL London Conference on 20 June 2025.

To gather your views, we kindly ask you to complete a short survey which you can access here.

The survey will remain open until 15 May 2025, and we encourage all members to participate. Your input is vital to ensuring that the Protocol remains a practical and valuable tool for the construction industry.
