John Tackaberry KC awarded SCL International Medal

John Tackaberry KC has been awarded the SCL International Medal at the 2021 9th SCL International Conference. The Conference was held in New Zealand, albeit virtually. The medal is awarded at each SCL International Conference to a person who has made a major contribution to construction law internationally. John was instrumental in founding the UK Society of Construction Law in 1983 and was the Society’s first founding president. Nearly 40 years later, John is still very much involved with the Society. The principles under which John established the Society have been adopted by all the international sister organisations in over 20 countries.
