FIDIC Task Group 17 (TG 17)

Consultation on collaborative contracts

Professor David Mosey of King's College London Centre of Construction Law is a member of FIDIC Task Group 17 (TG 17), which is appointed to lead the addition of one or more collaborative forms of contract to the FIDIC suite by 2023. Through an online survey, TG 17 wants to test, verify and challenge specific elements of the collaborative model that it is preparing by gathering insights from users of collaborative contracts and by identifying relevant needs, preferences and obstacles.
