Business and Property Courts Disclosure Review

SCL members are warmly invited to complete a new online survey which has just opened to examine the workings of disclosure under Practice Direction 57AD.

The Disclosure Review Working Group is seeking the views of users of the Business and Property Courts as to the operation of Practice Direction 57AD governing disclosure in those courts, and as to the use in the context of disclosure of Technology Assisted Review (‘TAR’) and Artificial Intelligence (‘AI’). To that end the Working Group asks users and practitioners to complete an online survey. More information as to the origin and purpose of the Survey is set out in its introduction.

The deadline for responses is 16 January 2026.

This is a very important survey and the Working Group is hoping to have maximum engagement from practitioners, so we will be glad if you can take a few minutes to share your responses here.
