2026 AGM and Annual Dinner

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Annual Dinner last night for a truly memorable occasion, as we thanked our outgoing President, Lord Justice Coulson, for his eight years in the role, and welcomed our new President, the Lady Chief Justice, Baroness Carr. We are indebted to Lord Justice Coulson for his unwavering support and enthusiasm for the Society and in recognition of this, he was awarded an honorary membership of the Society last night. We are also truly honoured that the Lady Chief Justice accepted our invitation to be the Society's new President and are delighted to be working with her going forwards.

Also at the dinner, the Society's outgoing President, Lord Justice Coulson, presented the Society's prestigious President's Medal to Professor Anthony Lavers, for his outstanding contributions to furthering the Society's aim of promoting the study and understanding of construction law.
