In this 45min seminar Ryan Turner of Atkin Chambers will aim to draw out the key themes of construction case law that featured in 2021. This seminar will include the following topics: the new practice direction on witness statements, expert evidence and the role of experts within the TCC, limitation periods and liquidated damages.
