The Society of Construction Law Australia and the Society of Construction Law UK are pleased to invite you to a discussion on comparative law, held simultaneously in both London and Melbourne.
The session will compare and contrast the laws relating to oral variations in England and in Australia, and how they may arise during the course of construction projects in those jurisdictions.
The London event will commence at 8:00am GMT at Keating Chambers, 15 Essex Street, London WC2R 3AA. A light breakfast will be served following the session.
