The role of expert witnesses in ADR

Matthew will be discussing the role of expert witnesses in ADR, covering adjudication, mediation, expert determination and arbitration.  Matthew will look at the obligations of experts, differentiating features between the different forums, the types of experts and discuss the question of whether the involvement of experts is helpful and how they can be effectively used.

Please note refreshments will be served at 5.30pm with the seminar taking place at 6.00pm.  Also note this event will attract 1 CPD hour unless otherwise advised at the beginning.
