2022 and all that: what's going to happen to fire safety claims in 2023?

Jonathan Selby KC and Charlie Thompson look back on the recent fire safety decisions in Martlet v Mulalley and St James's Oncology v Lend Lease and make some predictions for how fire claims might play out in 2023, taking into account the Building Safety Act, PAS 9980 and the expected provision of the final report of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.  The seminar will be chaired by Professor Eilis Ferran, former Chair of the University of Cambridge Law Faculty.

Please note there will be drinks and nibbles afterwards for those attending  the live event. Car parking is also available.
