The distinction between construction and non-construction operations in the Construction Act has resulted in a series of cases considering whether and to what extent adjudication may be used for disputes under "hybrid" contracts. The speakers will consider how the issue has been addressed in case law to date, the practicalities of adjudicating hybrid contracts, and how the law in this area may be developed in the future.
