Join us for a joint presentation by two speakers with a wealth of relevant experience in both Building Safety Act 2022 matters generally, and how its new and far-reaching provisions are specifically being tested in the courts.

Among the issues to be covered by the speakers are:

- Significant developments in recent case law and/or potential appeals

- Issues arising that are yet to be decided by the courts

- Considering the pros and cons of TCC oversight of claims under the BSA, sections 123 (remediation orders) and 124 (remediation contribution orders)

- A general review of what is (or is not) working well and the commercial impact on the sector

Dominique Rawley KC is a specialist in heavyweight construction disputes, including complex PFI arrangements and named Construction Silk of the Year at the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2022.

Mark Pritchard is Partner and Co-Head of the Building Safety Group at Howard Kennedy.
