The Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator to Project Manager holds the critically important task of administering the contract. They wear multiple hats whilst managing their client, typically the end user or developer, the contractor, the design team and then they are the party who first gives judgement on payment, instructions, defects, EOT claims, loss and expense claims. With all of these factors and competing elements there are often cries of bias or unprofessional conduct.

7:00 onwards – Drinks in the venue bar, followed by dinner for those wishing to stay. Please let one of the Committee know if you would like to stay to network over drinks/dinner.
