Mediation: the cornerstone of construction disputes

Rachael has built a thriving mediation practice over the past 5 years where she now regularly mediates construction disputes, valued at hundreds of thousands to multi-million-pound claims. She has so far mediated with up to 6 separately represented parties and 40 participants. She is recognised in Chambers & Partners (2026) and Legal 500 (2026). She is currently studying a part-time Masters Degree in Construction Law at the University of Strathclyde...and is enjoying every minute of it!
