NEC4 – Practical observations

Join us for an insightful talk by Shy Jackson offering practical insights into the NEC4 contract.  The session will provide attendees with key observations and an opportunity to discuss some of the practical issues that come up with NEC concepts such as mutual trust and cooperation or prospective assessment, and enhance their approach to managing NEC contracts in construction projects.

Please arrive from 8am for tea, coffee and an opportunity to network, with the talk starting at 8:30am.  There will also be time after the talk for further discussions and networking
