This session will focus on the management of climate change and sustainability issues in construction contracting. It will look firstly at how these issues should be dealt with in the procurement phase of projects within contract drafting and the range of approaches being taken across key construction markets and secondly at how claims may manifest and issues arising in association with climate change related claims.
