The Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA), launched recently its new International Arbitration Rules for public comment. Our Speaker, Patrick Lane SC (Chairman of AFSA International) will discuss the new Rules; look at wider changes in other Institutional Rules such as LCIA 2020; and share thoughts on the direction of travel in International Arbitration Rules.
