This training is specifically designed for solicitors and barristers, as well as experts in the disciplines of architecture, quantum and delay, who have limited or no experience in cross-examination but are keen to develop their skills in this area.
Event Overview: Participants will have the opportunity to practice cross-examination techniques and engage in expert witness scenarios based on a FIDIC-contract, ICC arbitration case study. Feedback will be provided by experienced tribunal members to enhance learning outcomes.
