 Ryan GreeningRyan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Building Surveyor being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and he is also an Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. He has a First Class honours degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and has a particular interest in quantum evaluation and contentious construction matters. |
 Jessica TreshamJessica is a contentious construction lawyer and her experience encompasses the full range of construction disputes. She defends and brings claims in the Technology and Construction Court in addition to arbitrations and adjudications. Jessica represents clients in various forms of ADR including expert determination, mediation and negotiation. Jessica also advises in relation to construction-related professional negligence disputes. Jessica has been a regional coordinator for the SCL representing the South Coast region for the last 5 years and became a member of Council in 2016. When not going about her day job, Jessica can be found playing the keyboards in her firm's band Eclectic Zoo! |
