 Michael FosterMichael is Managing Director (UK and Ireland) for Diales and Driver Trett, and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years' contract and commercial experience. He has worked in a broad range of industry sectors including construction, process engineering, oil and gas, on/offshore renewable energy, and power generation. Michael provides expert services in connection with the assessment of quantum on valuation issues such as measured works, scope change, delay and disruption, defects, and counterclaims. Michael has been a regional coordinator for the SCL since 2012. |
 Deborah RobinsonDeborah is a Legal Director in the contentious construction team at Womble Bond Dickinson LLP. She specialises in construction and engineering disputes and has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, litigation, mediation and expert determination. She has extensive knowledge of a range of industry standard forms including JCT, NEC , IChemE, ICE and LOGIC (both bespoke and unamended). She has previously worked in Australia and has experience of both transactional and dispute work relating to construction projects in Queensland. |
