I have been instructed as an expert witness or expert advisor, have prepared Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 compliant expert reports for litigation, adjudication and international arbitration reports on a variety of quantum and delay analysis matters and across industry sectors. These sectors include residential, commercial, airports, infrastructure, oil and Gas, mining, health care, leisure, mechanical electrical and plant projects and mixed-use projects. My experience is gained from circa twenty years in the industry with roles in the UK, and ten years of expat postings in the Middle East and Australia on major projects. I also have party representation experience in advancing and defending claims, participating in mediations, taking part in adjudications. Separately I have provided claims negotiations and settlement services and provided contractual risk analysis and strategic advice. I have delivered training workshops and lectures for clients, academic institutions and to industry.

Jane is a construction lawyer with over 30 years' experience. Starting her career with Laytons, Bristol office she later set up the construction team at Cripps in Kent. She practised in both dispute resolution and non-contentious construction law and became an Adjudicator in 1999. In 2012 she became a freelance consultant and combines her legal work with sitting as an adjudicator. She works for a small number of law firms, primarily in the South-East of England.

Chris is a Partner in the Construction & Engineering team at Thomson Snell & Passmore, specialising in dispute resolution matters. He acts regularly on adjudication and adjudication enforcement matters, alongside multi-party TCC proceedings with a particular focus on cases involving professional negligence claims and insolvency issues. He makes extensive use of alternative dispute resolution procedures where appropriate, including mediation and expert determination. He has acted as one of the regional co-ordinators for the Kent region since January 2020.
