SCL Hudson Prize 2023 results announced

The Judging Panel of the SCL Hudson Prize has announced the following results for the 2023 competition

First Prize: “The lesser of two evils? A comparative analysis of how common law jurisdictions approach accrual of causes of action in negligence post-Pirelli” by William Haslam, a pupil barrister at Atkin Chambers.

Second Prize: “Enforcing Mediation and ADR Agreements in International Construction Contracts: Transnational Principles and Comparative Perspectives” by Shou Yu Chong of King’s College London.

Highly Commended: “What if construction can change?” by Mariya Rankin of Eversheds-Sutherland.

The Judging Panel offers their congratulations to all recipients of awards and thanks all who entered the 2023 SCL Hudson Prize. Details of the 2024 competition will be circulated soon.
