SCL- Egypt proudly announces the new conference on Dispute Resolution and Construction Contracts in Egypt (Including a Mock ICC Construction Arbitration Case)

This conference is about construction laws, construction claims, construction claims management under FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution in light of the new developments in Egypt. The conference will focus on construction disputes resolution methods and the effective management of construction arbitration. An outstanding line-up of speakers from SCL-UK, International Universities, International Arbitration Institutes, and chairmen and partners of well renowned and international law and construction firms shall be addressing the forthcoming changes and challenges that are facing the development of construction contracts and the modern dispute resolutions in Egypt.

Drawn on the experience of renowned arbitration practitioners in a multicultural and international environment, the conference will introduce a mock ICC construction arbitration training that will provide an in-depth understanding of the ICC arbitration procedure under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, the ICC Expert Rules and the Dispute Board Rules; creating a definite add value to practicing lawyers, arbitrators, magistrates, engineers, academics, corporate counsels and LLM students.
