"Current Issues in Construction Insurance"
The talk will be given by Paul Reed KC at Gatehouse Chambers and it last about 50 minutes and there will be time for questions.
The talk explains the cover provided by project, professional indemnity and public liability insurance and reviews current issues including the meaning of ‘damage’, the relationship between project and public liability insurance and the co-insurance defence.
