SCL Astra Scotland – Site Visit, University of Edinburgh Law School
4.15pm

SCL Astra is delighted to invite members and non-members to a tour of Edinburgh University’s Old College Law Refurbishment Project.  Graham Construction will provide some background into the project from the contractor’s point of view and will show attendees the key parts of the refurbishment of this iconic building.

SCL Astra has been developed to provide opportunities to SCL members and guests who are up to 10 years post-qualified, have recently moved to a new field within the construction legal industry or who are young at heart. The aim of the organised site visits is to allow junior lawyers to experience the tangible results of the paperwork we grapple with on a day to day basis. PPE can be provided – please confirm your shoe size when signing up if you require to borrow protective footwear.

For more information on the Old College project, please visit The University of Edinburgh’s website.
