Roger Ter Haar QC and Kim Franklin QC are both well-known International Construction Arbitrators and UK Construction Adjudicators.  Roger also sits as a Judge in the TCC.

They consider the pros and cons of evidence of witnesses of fact from the tribunal perspective. 

Anyone wishing to attend the lecture at the National Liberal Club in person must book online as numbers are strictly limited. Members and their guests who do not book online unfortunately cannot be admitted.
