A construction law update, with an eye to insolvency

Luke will highlight some important recent cases from the TCC, in areas other than the Building Safety Act or adjudication enforcement matters.  Focusing on insolvency, Luke will discuss what happens when you try and wind up a company based on an enforced adjudicator's decision.  Will the insolvency courts give adjudicator’s decisions the standing the TCC does?
