HUDSON PRIZE AWARD CEREMONY, 9 April 2002
50 people attended the Hudson Prize award ceremony at the National
Liberal Club in London on 9 April. The three winners spoke and

first prize for his essay entitled "Damages in
the shadow of a penalty clause - tripping over policy
in the search for logic and legal principle".
