HUDSON PRIZE AWARD CEREMONY, 9 April 2002

50 people attended the Hudson Prize award ceremony at the National Liberal Club in London on 9 April. The three winners spoke and answered questions. More details.

LEFT:
Adrian Baron, a senior associate with Deacons, was awarded first prize for his essay entitled "Damages in the shadow of a penalty clause - tripping over policy in the search for logic and legal principle".

 


RIGHT:
Ben Ring, a solicitor with Linklaters & Alliance, won joint second prize for his essay entitled "Separability - a tale of two agreements".
